Chief Kenneth Bell began his career with
the Van Buren Police Department in 1985 as a patrol officer and was
promoted up through the ranks until he was appointed Chief of Police in
May 2001.
Chief Bell holds a Bachelor of Science
in Organizational Management from John Brown University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. |
