Law enforcement
officers assigned in the school environment on a full time basis to serve
as a resource to students, parents, faculty, and administration.
They provide a visible deterrent to
criminal activity; investigate crimes committed on school property, at
school events, on school busses; assist other agencies with criminal
investigations involving schools or students; liason with other agencies;
and provide security/safety at school and events.
